1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Feezy application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Feezy is a school fee management application that allows School Administrators to track student fee records, send fee reminders, and issue payment receipts, including via WhatsApp.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Responsibilities of School Administrators

• You are responsible for the accuracy of student, parent, and fee data you enter into the App.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from parents/guardians before sending them messages via WhatsApp through the App.
• You agree to use the App only for legitimate school fee management purposes.

5. Third-party services

The App uses third-party services, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Firebase, to provide its functionality. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these third-party services.

6. Payments

Feezy is a fee tracking and communication tool. It does not itself process, hold, or guarantee financial payment transactions unless explicitly stated within the App.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including message delivery failures by third-party platforms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the App.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
